Participants are arranged in front of a table full of coloured bricks.
Each colour corresponds to a value of the company’s “Wall of Values”. Each participant must choose 5 values to start building their part of the castle, with about 10 minutes to do so. At the end of the allotted time, each participant will be called to position, frame and modify their part of the castle with the structure that their colleagues have built. The castle can be built strong and resistant only when everyone cooperates and uses all the company values.
Participants will learn and discuss the role and importance of company values with the Expert, making them their own.
